Water Temperature Fluctuations
We’ve all had the experience of being in the shower and suddenly there is a burst of cold water during the hot shower. There are several potential causes for this water temperature fluctuation and it is likely you will need a licensed plumber to help sort out what is happening.
The issue could be corroded or clogged plumbing pipes. There could also be something wrong with the hot water shut off valve. There might also be a defective, damaged thermocouple in the water heaters. And finally, over time, there could be sediment build up in the water heater’s tank.
This issue seems to build up over time as a result of the above issues. Again, your local plumber can diagnose the problem.
